Coral Integrated at CRM Forum

The 3rd Panhellenic Conference Management Relations Customers (Customer Relationship Management Forum 2008) is held Thursday, April 10, 2008 at the Novotel Hotel. Participants will be informed of the new trends and developments in the field of Management Relations with customers (CRM), based on 2 large section of the agenda:
- Customer experience - we shall find out that the CRM systems improve the experience acquiring the customer
- Business analytics - with examples and suggestions making business decisions after appropriate processing of company data stored in CRM systems. The CRM is now at the centre of the interest at the Hospitality Industry, whose requirements for more efficient management of customer relationships is increasing significantly. During the 3rd CRM FORUM there will be a particular emphasis on the needs of the Hospitality Industry by organizing round table lasting two hours.
1. We present a CRM application only for the hospitality and will be followed by a discussion about the details of the electronic management clients in the hotel area
2. Talk about the different physical management of the hotel client
